1. What is your experience as a teacher?
I have over 7 years of experience teaching Spanish worldwide. I hold official certifications from the Instituto Cervantes, including specialized training as a SIELE and ELE tutor.
2. Do you prepare students for official exams?
Although I am a certified SIELE and ELE tutor, I currently do not offer specific preparation for DELE or SIELE exams.
3. Who are your lessons for?
My lessons are specifically designed for adults. I do not teach children or teenagers at this time.
4. Do you teach all levels?
Yes! From absolute beginners (A0) to upper-intermediate (C1+). I can use English as a support language to explain complex rules, so don’t worry if you are just starting.
5. What kind of Spanish classes can I take?
You can choose between Grammar-focused lessons or Conversation sessions.
6. Do you offer a trial lesson?
Yes, I offer a free 30-minute trial lesson. This is limited to one session per student and is the perfect way to meet and discuss your goals.
7. Should I contact you before booking?
Yes, please! I encourage you to send me a brief message about your current level and goals before your first booking.
8. How long is each session and what do I need?
Regular lessons are 50 minutes via Google Meet. You only need a stable internet connection and a camera.
9. Can I record our lessons?
To protect the privacy and copyright of the materials used, recording the sessions is not permitted.
10. What materials do you use and do you provide homework?
I use professional books and resources selected for your level. Also, optional homework is provided for free if you want.
11. How do I pay and what are the rates?
Payments are handled safely through Buy Me a Coffee. 4-Lesson Package: $88 / 8-Lesson Package: $160
12. Is there a deadline to use my lesson package?
Yes. To ensure consistent progress, all packages must be used within 2 months (60 days) from the purchase date.
13. What is your time zone and working hours?
I am in the GMT+3 time zone (Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar). I teach from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM in my local time.
14. How do you handle holidays and vacations?
I generally follow my regular schedule regardless of local holidays. If I plan to take a vacation or a personal break, I will always notify my students in advance
15. What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify me at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice (or no-shows) will be charged in full. I wait for 15 minutes before a class is considered a no-show.
16. What happens if the teacher needs to reschedule?
In the rare event of an emergency, I will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule our session at a time that works for you.
